What I like: Well Designed Interface. E-mail scanning
What I don't like: Has a larger system recourse use compared to Avast and Avira which can slow your PC down. Low detection rates means that AVG missed a couple of Trojans on my machine. Dont know why this is popular- as Avira is lighter, more efficient and powerful in comparison. (Avira 9 Free now has the same definition and scanning as premium inc. spyware and malware definitions)

What I like: email scanning and easy interface.
What I don't like: Very low detection rates means you are not well protected compared to other free and paid antivirus. I moved to Avira 9 Free and it found 3 trojans AVG missed. On further research I found that AVG has low detection rates. Avira 9 Personal is now the Best Free anti virus you can get now. with very high detection rates and security. It wips AVG and Avast. They do a paid version too.
