Elisa Media Center 0.5.36
Fluendo Embedded
Elisa is a free open source media center for Windows and Linux that plays back all common formats. It is very easy to use and allows you to enjoy movies, songs and pictures immediately after installation. Elisa mashes up media on your disc with media found online, organizes it all in one place and finds your covers back. A modern look & feel with amazing visual effects and animations make it into a unique experience. Elisa scans your disc, your iPod and other external drives for video, audio and image files and organizes them all for you. You can also play your media from CDs, DVDs, VCDs or even in streaming. You can use Elisa with your keyboard, a remote control or even with a touchscreen. Plenty of plug-ins have been developed by the community and Fluendo to merge Internet media with your own within Elisa: you can listen to songs from Yes.fm, watch YouTube videos or just log into your Flickr account and show your pictures our those of your friends. Elisa plays almost all formats: MPEG, MPEG2, MP4, WMV, AVI, DIVX, MOV, MKV, XVID, SWF, WMA, OGG, REAL, AAC, FLAC, MP3, JPEG and PNG.
Version 0.5.36 includes an improved slide show, several bug fixes, and other enhancements.
