Edibles is a food journal (AKA Points Tracker) and calculator for tracking what you eat no matter what food plan you follow. It fully supports Weight Watchers, Atkins, Calorie Counting, South Beach, or even home-brew hybrid eating plans. Edibles provides a clean, efficient and flexible interface which allows you to track your daily and weekly eating habits and maintains your eating history as long as you choose. Using Edibles, you configure your eating plan limits and credit for exercise (earned Points, burned calories, etc), then track your food consumption against those limits.
