This program assigns the hotkeys Winkey+Z to set on top the current foreground window, Winkey+P destroys the current window forcibly without questions, akin to xkill. (May cause loss of data, author not liable for damages for using this feature), Winkey+O enables/disables the ALT+Tab shortcut.
So now you can stop worrying about accidentally pressing the two while playing Warcraft or D2, Winkey+X lets you move a window without clicking on the title bar, now you can drag windows even if they go outside the top of the screen. There's a .4 second delay before the function activates, so wait half a sec. for more accurate moving. Ctrl+Alt+Shift+P closes the program and unregisters hotkeys. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
