This contact database is packed with features that will help maintain your personal and professional contacts. Your contacts can exist in multiple groups, searched for by multiple fields and displayed in several ways. It shows all of your past and planned communications. You can also save personal To Do list, Appointments, Situation/Task Action Results (STARs), Journal and Goal entries. Set Reminders for Anniversaries, Appointments, Birthdays, Leads, Next Contacts, Personal Projects, Scheduled Events, To Do List, and Travel. Save notes and safeguard passwords. Move your Dry Erase board to your desktop with the included White Board. The Export and Import feature allows you to share your contacts with other users or computers. For task that you perform repeatedly, you can create and update checklist that help keep track of your progress. Help files walk you through each screen; press F1 while on any screen for further instructions. It even includes a version of Sudoku Plus. This version is the first release on CNET Download.com.
