Disk Benchmark is a program which consents the testing of the performance of your computer hard disks. The results obtained from the test can be compared to previously attained results and stored in a database. This database can be built unaided and/or downloaded from Internet. The hard disk is not the only element which determines the performance or efficiency of data transfer of a computer; it is inserted into a context of both hardware and software which greatly influence its productivity.
For this reason, Disk benchmark concentrates particular attention on the system information which can directly or indirectly influence the behaviour or performance of the hard disks. Both the characteristics of the Storage system and the test results can be printed or saved and exported into various formats.
