Web Images Collector is designed to give you an easy way to collect Internet images while you are browsing Internet sites, just browse first site and move to next and WIC toolbar will store the Images in that site in your collection database, also you can choose the type of stored images. After finishing the browsing you can use WIC Viewer to check these images, the Viewer has slide show feature, also it will let you import any image to your collection database and it will let you export any image to specific folder, also you can use delete repeated images feature to get rid of duplicated images.
