Base64 De-/Encoder is a command line utility for Windows and Linux that decodes and encodes files using the Base64 algorithm. The Base64 algorithm is mostly used to send binary files as an e-mail attachment. Version 1.2 is ported to Linux, stdin support added, and some bugs were fixed.
