Web cam Exposure is an application that uses a digital camera or Web cam to simulate the creation of conventional long exposure photos. A video can also be made into a long exposure photo if so desired. Version 3.4 includes extra registry variable to define where to save the resulting image and this can also control the file format (i.e. compressed or uncompressed) to save as.
