An assembler with IDE. This assembler supports Intel and AMD instructions, and can write Binary, Boot Sectors, COM and EXE-files. You can also add/modify instructions, headers, output formats, registers, ModR/M tables, CPUs if you want to make applications for other machines. You can also use the built-in parser to make your own assembler or compiler. The IDE contains some tools, like a picture converter, and a hex viewer, and Web browser (Explorer compatible).
