VShell Server 3.5.1
VanDyke Software
VShell is a secure access server for Windows (x64)/Vista/XP/2000/2003, Red Hat, Sun Solaris, HP-UX, Mac OS X, AIX, and FreeBSD, supporting the Secure Shell protocol (SSH2). VShell can be used for secure file transfer, system administration, and network access. VShell supports the Secure Shell File Transfer Protocol (SFTP) and the FTP/SSL (FTPS) protocol, which allow secure file transfer applications, such as SecureFX, to connect to VShell and perform secure file transfer operations. System administrators can use any SSH2 client, such as SecureCRT or *nix clients, to access the server through a secure command shell. VShell provides support for tunneling non-secure TCP/IP data over a secure channel through port forwarding using an appropriate application, such as SecureCRT. Version 3.5.1 may include unspecified updates, enhancements, or bug fixes.
