The In/Out Board Agent provides an on-line employee status board with photo images, time and attendance tracking, company-private Instant Messaging, event tracking, phone messages, company announcements, and mobile alerts. The Agent connects real-time to your company's data, either from your Intranet or from the hosted service at www.inoutboard.net. The Agent runs in the background on your desktop. With a single click, you can update your work status, view other employee's status and contact information, view calendar events and phone messages, and chat instantly with co-workers. The Agent will alert you for new messages, calendar events, and optionally, status changes of co-workers. Use the InOutBoard for workforce management, time tracking, customer service, receptionist support, event management, employee collaboration, and productivity improvements.
