Akatsuko makes its shareware debut with TypeStriker XE: an intense scrolling shooter with an innovative twist on traditional gameplay. Borrowing a leaf from the book of Sega (Typing of the Dead), this addictive title will have you pounding your keyboard like a madman. Combine that with spectacular lighting effects and epilepsy isn t too far off either. Version 1.1 has fixed rare, but fatal lighting storm bug, added option to turn off/on sound effects, new help screen eliminates need for scrolling, new words in the word lists, and minor tweaks, here and there.
