Use our software to teach yourself the note positions on the guitar fretboard. Easy to use with clear and transparent controls. Features include right-handed and left-handed fretboards, set the string(s) to practice, set the fret(s) to practice, tune each string or all at once, multiple users can personalize their fretboard and save their preferences to a file.
The full version includes more than 60 scales and modes and extensive help and documentation. A note is shown and played (can be muted) and then its name is revealed after a set time. Notes can be presented randomly or in sequence. A set of chords (in XML files) is included and can be trained in flashcard mode. If you know XML, you can even write your own practice sequence. Demo limited to four frets; scales and modes are not available in the demo. Version 1.5 has minor update that makes sure the staves remain invisible if so selected. Requires to rerun the registration process.
