Image Comparer scans your entire collection of images, analyzes their contents and locates similar files.
Version 3.5 build 708 includes displaying comparison results as a tree (you can switch display mode using menu item 'Compare-View results as'), 'do not compare in the same folder' option to the Preferences, and option to create gallery much faster (using embedded thumbnails) but a bit roughly.
