Upload file size controlled by AspnetUpload's configuration section in web.config, not limited by the related configuration section in machine.config. Based on .NET Framework completely, no client side control installation needed. Controls upload file size for each request. The default InputFile control and AspnetUpload can work together in the same Web application.
