Call Assistant is an innovative caller ID program that logs caller ID information (name, number, date/time, rings, and if the call was answered) into a database of unlimited size. It provides a powerful search utility that allows a user to track any call or set of calls within its database. A database of contacts can be created to help identify incoming calls. Incoming calls can be displayed with a pop-up window, announced with a text-to-speech engine and/or custom sounds. Call Assistant is capable of blocking any incoming call or group of calls (like private, unknown or a custom group of numbers). It can automatically start with Windows and run in the background as a system tray icon. It has full network capabilities and features that enable the user to generate database statistics and create caller graphs. Call Assistant is an ideal program for individuals, businesses or organizations who wish to identify incoming calls and maintain ongoing records of incoming phone call activity.

Version 3.0.1 adds statistics graphs, a mini diplay to show recent call activity and contacts can have pictures and other information associated with them.
