Adobe Reader 3.05
Adobe Systems
Adobe Acrobat Reader for Palm OS lets you view Adobe Portable Document Format (PDF) files on handheld devices running Palm OS. Acrobat Reader for Palm OS software preserves the rich content of Adobe PDF files--styled text, images, and bookmarks--and adapts them for viewing on small screens. You can also search for a specific word or phrase. Acrobat Reader for Palm OS includes two components that work together. The first includes the desktop program (and conduit during HotSync), which runs on the Windows platform. It prepares PDF files for the Palm OS and transports them to the user's handheld device. The other component, the reader, is a Palm OS application designed to accommodate the characteristics of small-screen devices. Version 3.05 displays color Adobe PDF files on color Palm OS devices, allows the transfer and viewing of Adobe Digital Rights Management (DRM) protected eBooks.
