Stagecast Software has developed a platform for creation of interactive simulations, models, games, stories, and lessons, collectively called 'sims'. The platform comprises Stagecast Creator, an application authoring tool, and Stagecast Player, a free run-time player. The Java-based Stagecast Creator has uses in education, forecasting, engineering, and entertainment. Applications can be played on a World Wide Web page, downloaded for local play on Windows and Macintosh computers, or distributed on CD-ROM. They can be delivered in a form that allows customers to make changes and additions. This update features minor enhancements and bug fixes.
