Rayman must travel along 8 worlds divided in 30 levels in order to find the imprisoned Toons and free them from Mister Dark. His main objective is to find all the cages in which the Toons have been locked up, break them and free the Toons. The universe will then recover its light and energy. But along the way, Rayman is going to have to fight all the creatures serving Mister Dark. Although having a non-violent disposition, Rayman will have no other choice but to act. To complete his mission, Rayman has special physical abilities, some innate, like throwing his fist, making big jumps thanks to the helicopter function of his hair, and others given to him by his friends along the way.
