Tab-One is for individuals and small businesses who need to print/email professional looking business documents on the fly. Tab-One takes away the hassle of generating everyday business documents with it's familiar GUI look and feel of MS Outlook. Documents include Invoices, Estimates, Purchase Orders, Receipts, and Credit Memos. To save on paper, preview each document before printing out on your local or networked printer. Stop having to fill-in lengthy forms and setup user accounts just to print out a simple Invoice. All totals and balances are automatically calculated for you. Customize Tab-One by adding a letterhead to the top of each Document, even add your own graphic logo.

Similar to Mail-Merge, Email Templates allows you to personalize each email message salutation with fields from the recipient's billing information. Import existing contacts from MS Outlook and use them to fill-in Document billing and shipping information. Tab-One also gives you the option to Generate printable Reports within a specified date range.
